Master Bedroom

• The River House rents for $160.00/night plus tax for up to two guests,
  and $200.00/night plus tax for three to six guests.

• Two night minimum stay.

• Please leave your pets at home and smoke outside on the back porch.

• Children over the age of 12 are welcome.

• Only paying guests allowed on the premise.

• Cash and checks are the preferred payment.

• A deposit of one night’s rent will hold your reservation. Full payment due one week prior to arrival.

• Cancellation must be received one week prior to your arrival for refund of deposit.

• Check out time 12:00 Noon.
  

• River House has three bedrooms:

  • One bedroom with a double bed

  • Two bedrooms with two single beds in each

• House sleeps a maximum of six guests

• Beds are dressed in fine linens, comforters and antique quilts

• Large front porch

• Large living room with fireplace and TV/VCR

• Dining room

• Large fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, disposal and dishwasher

• One large bath off the central hall with full bathtub/shower and bath amenities

• Furnished with antique Texas furniture
